- Please respect the natural environment of the ranch and the animals and crops we are raising.
- No public area may be closed or blocked to visitors during regular business hours for a photoshoot. Reservation of physical space, building locations and field locations is prohibited (i.e.: setting up fixed props/displays.)
- You can only access the PUBLIC parts of the ranch. You may NOT enter any of the areas marked Closed, No Access, Do Not Enter, or areas with animals or working farm equipment. Animals at the ranch are NOT available for photoshoots outside of designated animal photo op areas.
- Nothing may be picked and used during your session.
- You may NOT cut, remove, bend, flatten or damage any plants in the fields during your photo shoot.
- Vehicles are NOT allowed in fields. All props must be carried to your photoshoot location. Props or equipment that cannot be carried easily should not be used. Cross E Ranch staff is NOT available to help transport props or equipment. When you are finished, please remove all props and trash from your photoshoot.
- The use of items from our Country Store Outpost are prohibited unless purchased prior to photoshoot. Moving decorations, equipment, etc. already on the ranch is prohibited.
- All photos should be family friendly in nature. Please, NO boudoir (naked) photoshoots! Cross E Ranch reserves the right to halt any photography sessions deemed to be inappropriate or disruptive.
- The use of drones is prohibited.
- Please be courteous and polite to all staff and visitors at the ranch.
- Our Staff is not responsible for directing clients to your photo shoot location. Please coordinate your meeting time/location directly with your clients.
- Absolutely NO sessions outside of regular festival hours.
- Please supervise children at all times.
