We do not host Birthday Parties outside of our public festivals.

-Large private grassy area to meet and gather.
-Picnic tables (3 in Red Barn area, 8 in Grandpa’s Porch area).
-1 Reserved Parking Stall in the north parking lot (closest).
Pricing per time window:
Monday - Thursday: $95
Friday - Saturday: $125
2.5 hours per time slot. Need longer? Reserve 2 slots.

Two dozen donuts on a three tier display. can be in boxes if requested. Delivered to party area. $45 (Area rental required)

We offer meals with Hot Dogs or Pulled Pork Sandwiches. Included side choices: salads, baked beans, potato salad or chips. $15-$20+pp. (2+ weeks notice required)

We are happy to coordinate bringing our famous Apple Cider Donuts to your area.

Looking to simply offer a free donut, small pumpkin (Fall only) or meal without an area? Paper vouchers for your guests are available.

Golf Cart Concierge - $25
-We will bring up to 3 trips worth of things to your area and take them back to your car.
-Limits - we are unable to bring anything in that cannot fit on the golf cart cargo bed.

Common Planning Questions:
No Final Attendance Count?
No problem!
Purchase the minimum amount of tickets you need, and we will help you add additional tickets the day of your event once you have a final head count (you will settle the balance at the farm).
We do not offer refunds.
Can we bring in outside food?
Sort of, We do not allow food trucks, caterers, or alcohol. But if you are bringing in birthday cakes, pizza for a small group or something like sandwiches we are ok with that. We do not allow full buffets where you bring in outside catering and try to set up your own. We have 4 food venues that serve a range of great food & treat options. We also offer catering for groups of 15+ people. If in doubt please ask our coordinators. We are pretty easy going but want it to be a positive experience for our staff and your guests.
Can we bring a caterer?
No, BUT we offer catering. Contact our Event Coordinators to plan. If you bring caterers in unplanned there will be a $250 fee.
How will my guests check in?
We have a group meeting area west of our front entrance. Each group must have a representative at the designated area until all your group has checked in. We will supply this person with the wristbands and any bundle vouchers you have purchased for them to hand out to your group.
Can I Set Up/ Decorate/ Come Early to my Private Area?
Yes, you can set up any decor or games you want as long as it doesn't damage anything else - no attaching things to structures unless it is tied on (no nailing, screwing, or tape that leaves residue). Items must be kept in your area. Your area rental starts at the time you select. If you want to come in early consider renting the prior time slot(s). We do not allow early entry.
What if we get rained out?
In cases of extreme inclement weather, we will give everyone a paper rain check ticket to come back to the festival. We can also give paper tickets to the person in charge to hand out later. Party areas you have rented can be rescheduled. If we close the ranch we will offer a refund or do our best to reschedule your event.
Note - Unless you have made other arrangements, the ranch is also open to the general public. Private Whole Ranch Rentals are available for very large groups on specific dates before the festivals begin. If interested please contact events@crosseranch.com
