Festival Dates and Hours

September 18th - October 31st
Monday - Thursdays: 4pm-9pm
Fridays: 4pm-10pm
Saturday: 10am-10pm
CLOSED - Sundays

*Fall Break Extended Hours: October 14th - 17th, Open: 10am - 10pm

Available Positions

Must be 16 years or older to apply. Positions available in Activities, Food Venues, Entrance/Exit, Field Trip Team, and Tractor Drivers

Activities and Interactions Team

- On the Activities and Interactions Team, you will be working outside, stationed at our different areas, which include ziplines, slides, rock wall, yard games, obstacle course, corn maze, and in our pumpkin patch fields. 

- Responsibilities: You will interact face-to-face with the customers, helping them in certain areas, explaining the different activities, and answering their questions. At the corn maze, you will help keep track of groups that go into the maze and explain the games and rules of the different mazes. In the pumpkin patch fields, you will help pick and display pumpkins to sell.

Food Venue Team

- Areas you could work: Donut Shop, Grill, Grazing Place, and Caramel Apple Shop.

- You will be working closely with other team members in the food venues. Make our famous Apple Cider Donuts, Cross E Ranch Hamburgers, hand-dipped corndogs, and our fresh limeades! Your interactions with customers will occur while working the order window at the register, at the order pick-up window, and while outside collecting trays and cleaning the eating areas.

- Other responsibilities include handling and preparing food, assembling orders, keeping stations clean, washing and sanitizing dishes, and opening and closing clean-up.

Entrance & Exit Teams

- On the Entrance and Exit Team, you will be assigned to work at either our Main Entrance, North Pumpkin Patch Entrance, Main Exit, or Grandpa’s Pumpkin Patch.

- You will interact face-to-face with the customers, working on the computer to help them check in with their mobile tickets, and helping guests purchase tickets at the gate. Run our pumpkin checkouts. Helping guests weigh and purchase pumpkins and any last grab-and-go treats.

Other Festival Positions Available

Field Trip Positions

- 7 Days of Field Trips: Sept 29th, 30th, Oct. 1, and Oct. 6th - 9th

- Day Time Hours: 8:30 am - 1:30 pm

- Helping direct buses and cars in the parking lot, crosswalk duty, directing classes to the different areas and activities.

- You can work just the field trips, or field trips and festival hours. Just let us know on the application!

Tractor Driver Positions

- Must be 25 years & up

- Must be comfortable driving large vehicles.

- Enjoy working with the public.

- Driving our hayrides, pumpkin shuttle, or barrel train ride. Helping guests load and unload onto the hayride trailer, shuttle carts, or barrel seats.

- Driving during Festival hours.

- Daytime hours available during our 7 Field Trip days. Leave a note on the application if interested in working those.
