Common Planning Questions:
No Final Attendance Count?
No problem!
For small groups just buy the minimum amount tickets you need, and we will help you add additional tickets the day of your event once you have a final head count (you will settle the balance at the farm).
For large groups/ corporate events (50+ people) purchase the minimum amount of tickets you need, and we will help you add additional tickets the day of your event once you have a final head count (you will settle the balance at the farm). Please email Lana at events@crosseranch.com so we can be ready for you. She will give you details about how we check in large groups.
We do not offer refunds.
Can we bring in outside food?
Yes, BUT no food trucks, caterers, or alcohol. We also have 4 food venues that serve a range of great food & treat options. We also offer catering for groups of 15+ people.
Can we bring a caterer?
No, BUT we offer catering. Contact our Group Events Coordinator to plan.
How will my guests check in?
We have a group meeting area west of our front entrance. Each group must have a representative at the designated area until all your group has checked in. We will supply this person with the wristbands and any bundle vouchers you have purchased for them to hand out to your group.
Can I Set Up/ Decorate/ Come Early to my Private Area?
Yes, you can set up any decor or games you want as long as it doesn't damage anything else - no attaching things to structures unless it is tied on (no nailing, screwing, or tape that leaves residue). Items must be kept in your area. Your area rental starts at the time you select. If you want to come in early consider renting the prior time slot(s). We do not allow early entry.
What if we get rained out?
In cases of extreme inclement weather, we will give everyone a paper rain check ticket to come back to the festival. We can also give paper tickets to the person in charge to hand out later. Party areas you have rented can be rescheduled.
Note - Unless you have made other arrangements, the ranch is also open to the general public.
